Issue with FileBot and TheTVDB

I'm having an issue specifically with the show Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.  In FileBot, I'll rename the file via TheTVDB but it doesn't rename it the same as TheTVDB.com website.  For instance... last night's episode is called "Paid Family Leave" but FileBot renames it "Episode 37" even thought its named correctly on TheTVDB.com. It's almost like it thinks the episode hasn't aired yet and it doesn't have any information on it, even thought it's there.  When I add it to Plex, it doesn't pull the metadata for the episode.  Am I doing something wrong or does it sound like an issue with TheTVDB.com? Here's the link to the show's site: http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=278518&seasonid=603415&lid=7

Filebot (like Plex, too) maintains a cache of TheTVDB data. If you renamed some episodes earlier from the same show, it might use its cached data instead of fetching fresh ones.

Thanks, it seems to be renaming the files correctly now.  Plex was able to pull the metadata (picture/description) for that episode but now it thinks it's called "Episode 13."  I cleared the cache of thetvdb folder.  I know I can just go in and manually rename the episode but is there a reason why Plex wouldn't pull the episode name automatically?

As I wrote: Plex maintains its own cache (or proxy) server for TheTVDB, which gets updated with a slight delay (hours to days).

Thus for brandnew info it can always happen that the newest data update did not get through yet from TheTVDB to Plex.
