Issue with friends list not showing everyone

Could someone help with an issue I’m having? I moved my plex server from my iMac back to my windows 10 PC that acts as my Plex server. The issue I’m having is, I can’t see the people on my friend’s list but two people I know thats theres more, because I can see them watching somthing. Has anyone had this issue? and or can someone help me fix it? Thank You

Using Lasted WIn 10 to date
Most current Plex sever version to date.

A possible workaround is to sign out your server from your account,
restart it and then re-claim it.
