Ghost access to my Server!

Server Version#: 1.31.0.6654

There are users that do not appear on my friends list, but still have access to my server (e.g. username ay35). I don’t see a way to update his permissions, and when I try to add him to my friends list, I get the following error: “Error while fetching server details”

Help!

Can you remove the shares from here:
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/manage-library-access ?

And then maybe readd friends if needed
