Issue with no posslibe direct flay full quality with Nvidia shield

Hi all, I never had any issue for playing a 4K hdr on my projector using Nvidia shield as my main player without the need to encode. but I got an issue with a hole tv show “Halo” that my shield is not capable to play without transcoding. As I want to see it in 4K HDR I don´t know how to do it. transcoding to HD it works but I lost a lot of quality. What can it be as the other multiple films or tv show with HDR etc always play at original quality without problems. this is the info from the file that is not capable to read it.

I tried to see the same fikle using my mcbok pro using the Plex player (last version) and it workl perfectly same happen with my ipad pro it can play at maximum quality withlut transcoding. Can someone help me to solve this?

During playback when you look at playback info in the app why does it say it is transcoding?
