Issue with plex api for app, library don't appear

Hello every one i have ordered a app to add users more easelly on my professioanal panel, but looks like something is wrong.

the api works great when i paste the link on any browser.

but on the app the api don’t works

this is how may be configured the app.

So i configured like this but with my tokens and the app don’t resolve the librarie,
this is whats happen i deleted the info with paint to still under the rules.

but at normallly it’s need to resolve the library but no, it still loading and loading
without errors

when i copy and paste the api on the browser the app works great,

What can be wrong any idea ?

Don’t post your Plex token in a public forum!
You might as well post your password and email address.

Using Plex in a commercial environment is violating the Terms & Conditions of Plex.
