Hi Plex Support Team,
I’m a Plex Pass lifetime member and I’m reaching out about an issue I’m having with the Plex app on my Roku devices over the past few days.
Currently, I’m seeing a version of the Plex app available on my Roku, but the problem is that it won’t allow me to log in. It seems like the standard Plex app I’m used to is missing from the Roku channel store entirely, and the version that’s currently there isn’t letting me authenticate my account at all.
I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including re-linking my Roku account, switching networks, and even attempting developer mode sideloading, but nothing has resolved the issue. I’ve also checked the forums and seen other users mentioning similar problems recently.
Could you please provide any guidance or let me know if there’s an ETA on when this might be fixed? I’d really appreciate any assistance you can offer.
