Plex on Roku

Iam running 8.6, I have uninstalled the app, deleted my Roku account, factory. Reset the Roku TV, reinstalled everything and I cannot get logged in. I’m never given an option to log in, when I open the Plex app. It automatically takes me to a homepage that it cannot load. If I go to the settings and tell it I want to change from dark mode to something else. It takes me to a screen to log into Plex, which is unable to be completed. No matter how many times I try to enter in a username or password it errors out. I have already deleted all Roku devices from the Plex authorized user list, there is not a single Roku TV device shown in my admin account on Plex. When I log in via computer, it appears that when you open the Plex app. It is automatically trying to log in to an old instance even though it’s been restarted, I did an update to the Plex password but if never entered it on this TV and I have now been trying figure out how to do a simply watch my library media for the better part of 2 weeks. Do you have any other suggestions?

Do you have any network based traffic management? Like DNS adblocking or family protection features? That could be preventing it being able to contact the Plex servers for authentication.

You might try grabbing the Roku client logs as that might have the info needed to see what’s happening as well:
