Issue with Plex Pass

Player Version#: NA

Hi, I have a recently issue with my Plex Pass account, when I go on Plex website I see I have my Plex Pass available until April 16 2020 but when I go on my server account, I don’t have Plex Pass enabled.

Trying to reboot my NAS and server, no success, logout and login no success.

Restart the server in package center and it will update when it next starts.

If this does not happen, please Download Logs and attach them.

Restart server in server package center doesn’t work.
Restart NAS doesn’t work.
Logout/Login my account doesn’t work.

Your Synology server is signed into a different plex.tv account.
(user name ending with -ee)
You need to sign in all your servers into the plex.tv account which has the Plex Pass. (i.e. the one you are using now to access the forums)

Please make sure you did read Plex Media Server security changes for Synology users

Please do also enable ‘debug’ logging on your server
(do not enable ‘verbose’ logging!)

Very strange because I have only one plex.tv account and you can see my screenshots I’m login with my account ‘Guilouz’ same as Plex forum.

And my permissions are good

I’m sorry, I must’ve missed my first coffee in the morning.
I was confused by another server.

Still: enable debug logging, then restart Plex server and let it run for about 10 minutes. Then fetch log files again and post them please.

Your server knows about your Plex pass.
So let’s investigate your web browser.

Which web app are you using?
the local one http://IP-of_synology:32400/web ?
or the one from app.plex.tv ?

which web browser?
are any web browser add-ins activated which can potentially interfere with web sites, like adblocker, scriptblocker, privacy-this and privacy-that ?

I use local URL to access it : http://192.168.0.40:32400/web/index.html

I use Google Chrome, adblocker disabled, same issue with Safari

Just try with this URL : https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/account, same issue.

Just try to reinstall spk package and all is ok now !
