Hi, I have a recently issue with my Plex Pass account, when I go on Plex website I see I have my Plex Pass available until April 16 2020 but when I go on my server account, I don’t have Plex Pass enabled.
Trying to reboot my NAS and server, no success, logout and login no success.
Your Synology server is signed into a different plex.tv account.
(user name ending with -ee)
You need to sign in all your servers into the plex.tv account which has the Plex Pass. (i.e. the one you are using now to access the forums)
Your server knows about your Plex pass.
So let’s investigate your web browser.
Which web app are you using?
the local one http://IP-of_synology:32400/web ?
or the one from app.plex.tv ?
which web browser?
are any web browser add-ins activated which can potentially interfere with web sites, like adblocker, scriptblocker, privacy-this and privacy-that ?
