Issue with Plex Windows Server / Unexpected error

Server Version#: 1.15.2.793
Player Version#: 3.91.0 (not entirely sure about this number)

Hi everyone.
I’ve been using Plex for quite a while flawlessly now. But recently an issue has surfaced. With what I think are specific files,

I’m getting
“There was an unexpected error during playback. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems.”

Whenever I try and play the series/file. Now if I just click the folder to go into for instance Season 1, I’m met with
" There was an unexpected error

Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems"

Which kinda makes me think it’s not anything file type specific, cause, why wouldnt it be able to load up the different episodes ?

I’ve had the issue with prior files, but somehow I managed to resolve them through a lot of different tries with optimizing, analyzing, moving the files etc. I’ve done quite a bit of things to try and resolve the error.

But this time, it’s persistent, I can’t for the life of me, get past the error.

I’ve tested the files using VLC and WMP to make sure the files werent corrupt.
I’ve also looked to see if the meta data for the container was corrupt, by using VLC’s built in reader, and it all shows up like it should.

What’s going on here ? I’m quite baffled and I’ve come to a point where I just dont know what to do, short of converting the episodes to say mp4 instead, which has both advantages and disadvantages.

Any idea what may be causing this issue ?

P.S. The show im trying to play is “The Blue Planet”

Update:

I managed to fix one Tv Show, which I had the error, by choosing “Fix Match” a couple of times.

Not entirely sure if the reason for this issue can be a localization issue ? Plex searches for the titles with the language “Danish” and by fixing the match and choosing English instead and then picking the correct title, I fixed one show. Now I’ve got a bunch left, that doesn’t seem to be fixed by this, I’ll fiddle around some more.

Last Update.

I seem to have found a workaround I can live with.

Turns out, its the webplayer that’s causing the issue, I’ve just installed the app on my pc and watching through that, everything works as intended.

So if anyone else comes across this issue, try using the app instead, chances are it’ll work on there.
