Getting this error through the web player on chrome, edge and even the desktop app.

i get this error when trying to play some tv shows
but they work on the xbox and ios app
do you get this behavior for all media when playing through Plex Web?
i’ve tried the last 5 tv shows i’ve added
everything else seems to work fine
Had the same error in PMP yesterday for multiple shows that I had just uploaded to Plex server (h265/720p).
Restarted the server, now they display without any problems.
That’s the first thing I did, rebuilt the database and removed affected shows and re added them
Does the episode play locally in player like VLC? Maybe a bad file?
Works no problem
I’ve switched docker images and reset up the library from scratch, still the same problem, I have a feeling this started when I started the plex pass trail
