I’ve been having a major bug and another bug when accessing Plex on my Android phone or Fire Cube, Fire Stick and computer.
First, it takes 30-45secs to load the home screen.
Second, any time I scroll to an item, if I am not active for more than 5 seconds, it will scroll me to the top of the first item on the screen. No matter what screen I’m looking at, a list of my movies, an episode, no matter what.
I’ve been gathering opinions about this and the resounding conclusion is switch to a new account.

If you ask with details and include logs and details of your hardware/software setup then help will, probably, be forthcoming. .
Without exact questions answers will be hard to find.
Since this is not an issue I have heard of before I doubt it is a simple find and fix. It will take a while to diagnose and fix. However I very much doubt it is a problem within Plex. Most probably there is something in your setup that is causing issues.
BTW: Servers should, generally, do nothing but serve and if yours has a lot of other tasks that that could be a problem. In general, Plex does not work and play well with others.
You are also putting the display the lack of Plex support.
Apparently, too big for their britches.
I asked SUPPORT a legitimate question and it was not something you need to ring in on. I asked Plex support, I didn’t ask any members of the community.
With all due respect, you started the “combative” attitude.
@BeattifulCadaver came in giving you perfectly reasonable advice.
Whether you like it or not, the forums are the support for Plex. That means you are going to get help from other Plex users as well as forum moderators and sometimes some employees.
Your OP gives some info on the issue, but you failed to provide the server version you are on as well as the Plex clients versions you are using.
You can also either have given the logs or mentioned you will PM logs to anybody that is willing to take a look if you are not comfortable just posting them right away.
Also, regarding your “there are 2 other well known servers that don’t have issues” comment. No software in this realm is going to be be 100% perfect, so I highly doubt those 2 other servers don’t have issues.
Additionally, you can very easily run them all side by side (I run all 3 servers on the same machine pointing to the same directories for the libraries).
Doing that, you can then determine which server works best for you and use that one.
Bottom line, you could also have just ignored BeattifulCadaver and waited to see if you received a reply from someone from Plex (which is not always a guarantee on the forums).
If this is when first opening the app after having not used it for some time, it could be that it is timing out trying to establish a connection to a server to which you have been granted access (but to which it cannot connect, or can’t connect to quickly).
I’d recommend you check all of your pinned sources on the left of your screen to ensure all of them are active/valid. Perhaps unpin everything you can, close the app, and restart?
I’ve not experienced this particular issue. What specific clients are you using where you see this behavior?
The forums is a community, where people help each other!
There’s absolutely no reason to attack others, that are trying to help you out!
And you can’t simply ignore the community, and demand Plex Support, since the support is the forums and the community, which also happens to include Plex employees
So far we had several complains about language and tone used by you, and I tend to agree with the people that flagged this, and as such urge you to accept the community reaching out to you
The only people who you’ve tagged or responded to in this thread is all the people who say you don’t want to talk to.
You have ignored both of the employees while you simultaneously claim Plex doesn’t care
Some of the people community members you’re complaining about have already helped you with other issues in the past and it didn’t seem to be a problem with you
