Home page not loading, tried all the usual tricks. This looks like the same problem from 2020. Only happens while connecting via remote through relay. Been working fine until a few updates ago.
Would you mind sharing some more details?
Do you get to see the page but it’s stuck, displaying some spinner?
Do you get any error messages?
Is this happening with the Android client only or also using the web app (you tagged both)?

Tom, thanks for the reply. It appears to only happen on android and only while connecting remotely, local is fine. I tried different networks, different android devices running android versions 11-14 all do the same thing. I have managed users so that’s the 1st screen you see. After selecting a user I enter the password and then the page goes black with the spinning circle in the middle of the page indefinitely with no errors. I can however get it to work by 2 ways 1. Sign the device out of Plex and sign back in and it will load correctly but just once. 2. After waiting for 15 seconds of the circle spinning, I go back to the menu and click one of my library pined location it will load then click the home button again and it loads. All users all have the same problem including admin account.
