Issue With Sync /Transcoding

is everyone having trouble sycing to devices? i use a RAM Transcode drive ( have done for a long time with no issues)please help - if i need to provide you anything more please let me now

anyone have a clue?? i have narrowed it down that is the Codec is H264 this seems to be a common trend
