So it appears that I have an issue with my LiveTV setup. I am observing some stuttering every few seconds but not everytime.
I started investigate and it appears that I have some difficulties transcoding my live stream :

I am even hitting a speed of 0.0 sometimes. I can’t explain it.
But when I am transcoding something like a movie or a TV Show, I have clearly no problems at all :
