Live TV videostream x264 always transcode ?

Hi, may i ask when using chrome for example, why is live tv always transcoded and costs cpu usage

example, same channel, same stream

when playing live i see high cpu usage and when checking i see video is also transcoded (x264 to x264)
when playing a record i see only audio transcoded (as supposed), so codec should be fine,
transcoder in DVR is set to ORIGINAL (should affect records anyway only), also player settings is set to auto,
homestreaming also …
and whatever i change there it doesnt really matter cause LiveTV is always getting transcoded.
also there is no option when playing back live TV to adjust the quality in player, on records or files i can adjust from
original down to … when playing Live theres nothing to set …
doesnt matter if its an 720p or 1080i stream (progressive vs. interlaced), same behavior …
nvm if im in LAN (wired or wireless) or externally …

my LAN is setted up on 10GB, playing multiplay UHD streams at a time aint a problem, so bandwith shouldnt be an issue
WLAN is from N, AC, AD … so also enough … also playing from kodi and tvheadend all streams play fine, just to clear
there is no bandwith issue … same server mashine, same clients.
externally im on 400/25, so 25mb upstream, which even would be enough for almost all LiveTV broadcasts too …

am i missing some settings somewhere ?

for an tip thanks ahead

just a push … and may please a simple answer.

does DVR live tv always has to be transcoded in chrome playback ? no way to force “passthrough” video … ?

cause as mentioned, the same record would just play without video transcoding …

if its like that i dont have to investigate further …

here an example or transcoder log with decision to transcode

after checking all settings again and made some more cross tests … it always transcode to target “internet streaming”,
even while im on LAN adress (but in transcoder settings it identifies also the external adress i can see).

<SessionReport version=“2” startTime=“0” startTimestamp=“Nov 22, 2017 07:18:34.817” k<Player address=“192.168.1.101” …
Plex Web" remotePublicAddress=“my.external.ip.here” …

so it always uses the “internet streaming” setting, sample, when i set to 4mbit 720p i see the above, when i set internet streaming to 20 mb 1080p i see 1080 … so pretty clear what is used, even with an browser on LAN.
i adress my PLEX by 192.168.1. …

but now, if i set to 20 mbit or maximum, why does it still trancodes even the mark is set to (lower quality shouldnt transcode) … so the streams get passed through wich aint done …
