Issue with Xbox 360 only

Hello guys,

I love Plex, i’m using it since few years for now, and it’s totally awesome

Recently (less than 2 month i would say), i cannot read anything from an Xbox 360 from the web, the movie load and it never begins.

Everything is fine locally and remotely from an iOS device, i guess the processor behind is stronger.

The server is configured since the beginning on a HP MicroServer Gen 8 with this CPU i3-4130, OS is Xpenology 6.1.7

I have attached the log, but i can see a lot of these :

Dec 21, 2019 11:58:28.662 [0x7f2f245a9700] ERROR - MDE: unable to find a working transcode profile for video stream

Dec 21, 2019 12:03:04.484 [0x7f2ea19e9700] ERROR - [FFMPEG] - Could not dynamically load CUDA

I have this error : “Error communicating with the Plex media server. Make sure it’s turned on and accessible and try again.”

If someone have an idea that would be really good.

please turn DEBUG logging on, keeping VERBOSE off. (it doesn’t use more space with DEBUG on)

Your logs show only errors but it also indicates Database fragmentation (Scheduled Tasks - Optimize Database)

After enabling DEBUG logging, restart PMS so we can see what it’s trying to do at time of failure.

Hi ChuckPA,

Thank you for your reply, sorry for the delay, the end of the year is pretty busy for everythone i guess

This is the last log, i have enable logging (not detailed) / restart PMS but don’t see any verbose option to disable.

You didn’t enable DEBUG. (Did you remember to click “SAVE” when done? )

Settings - Server - General - Show Advanced
