I’m having an issue that shows up on my Android phone and my friend’s after a successful download of any TV show.
With the old sync feature, you could access your TV show episodes at the same location regardless of whether or not you’ve synced them or not. However, the new Download feature seems to have introduced an issue in that regard. For instance, here’s a TV show before downloading.
Then, after selecting the download and letting it do its job, I leave the TV show and come back to it, and there are no episodes shown anymore.
I can still play the downloaded episodes when going to the Downloads section on my phone app. However, my friend who uses the new Download feature as well can’t play on his Chromecast anymore due to the episodes not being at the same place anymore. I’m not talking about playing downloaded videos from his phone to the Chromecast, but rather streaming from the server to the Chromecast regardless of having the TV show downloaded or not. It could be done with the old Sync feature, but it doesn’t seem possible with the new Download feature.
A workaround is to press Play even if the episodes list is empty. Any episode could be streamed again by going that route, but it’s not ideal, as you might have to navigate from the player itself to reach the desired episode.

In case it might help, the server is running on Arch Linux, and the Android app was running on a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and on a Samsung Galaxy A51. The screenshots and the Android log were taken from my Galaxy S10+.
