When using after the most recent version two main issues.
when viewing library in folder view if there are both video files and folders at the same level the video files tile over each other and the text cannot be read. There used to be a view to just see text without the large preview image which was a better view.
when the contents of the library are updated (new file added via sync) they do not show up without restarting the app. These files are visible on desktop apps of Plex.
Using the Scan Library Files option to force a scan rather than wait for an schedule or auto scan. It did not update when navigating away nor when changing profiles. Only way I can get an update is on restart of the app on appletv
For item 1, this a confirmed problem for me too. If there’s a Plex employee reading this, please go back to the “list view” for folder structure. We don’t need big, rectangular folder thumbnails. Longer titled folder names now get truncated due to lack of lateral space for the text. That makes it harder to browse.
Please, please go back to list view. Or at the very least, gives us an option for that view.
