Hi,
For a few months now all the portrait videos that I have recorded using my iPhone are wrongly displayed. The image is stretched to, they are displayed in 16/9. No mater if im using plex web, chromecast,the Samsung Smart TV app (2015 and older models) or the iOS application. I have tried to direct play, direct stream and transcode but the result is the same.
There are no issues with the media files, on my mac and iphone are displayed correctly, even on a windows machine using a player that supports the rotation metadata information. Strangely this worked a few months ago so I believe something is broken on the server side since all the clients have the same issue.
I\m using the latest plex pass server version and all the clients are up to date.
