Since a month now I have this issue that items played by friends or home users get marked as watched for me as the server owner. Now I can’t keep track of my own progress in series.
I keep track of what is being watched with PlexPy and can verify no one else is using my account or something like that.
EG; someone watched Grimm S06E12 and it get marked as watched for me as server owner
Now Episode 13 pops up on my on deck while I haven’t watched any of the episodes myself
Please let me know if you guys have any suggestion to tackle this issue.
Server:
CentOS Linux release 7.3.1611 (Core)
Plex Media server Version 1.5.2.3557
Players:
Raspberry Pi Plex Media Player (lastest version)
Windows Plex Media Player (lastest version)
Thank you for your reply. Sarcasm is hard to write, so I’ve edited the first post. The real problem is that items watched by shared users is being marked as watched by me (as server owner). It is not a feature (at least that I know of).
I’ve been looking through all the settings of the PMS but couldn’t find anything that might cause this. That is why I am posting it on here.
EDIT: I might have found the culprit:The Trakt channel. Removed it for now. I will post if this fixed it.

Very likely the source of the issue. You must define a filter in the channel’s preferences so it only scrobbles your playbacks and not those of shared users as well.
Take a look into the documentation of the trakt plugin.
I have confirmed that it was Trakt that was causing this issue. I might see if I can fix this by editing the configuration, but Trakt isn’t really necessary. Thank you for your replies

If the sarcasm bit was aimed at me you got it wrong.
I would like a feature that shows my users on deck.
I asked where do I find it!
The “feature” I was referring to in my initial post was meant sarcastically, not directed at you.
