Just switched from free Plex to Plex Pass, but cannot access Live TV, DVR

I’ve been using free Plex for a few weeks and decided to subscribe to Plex Pass. I bought a 1-month pass earlier today. Now when I try to go to Live TV and DVR, I am sent to a screen that tells me I need a Plex Pass. I am signed in to Plex with the same userid as always. I’m using Version 1.18.2.2015 of the Plex Media Server. Any ideas why Plex doesn’t know I have a Plex Pass?

Does your Plex Pass status show in the account settings? If it’s the same as the one you use in the forum, it appears it doesn’t (yet) show.

If you bought it very recently, restart PMS then sign out and back in on Plex Web.

Thanks. Looks like my subscription didn’t take the first time. I bought a second Plex Pass and all is working now.
