This is a fresh install and I’m new to this, so bear with me.
I installed the server and the Windows HTPC client, and bought myself a Plex Pass (or at least I think I did – more below). When I follow the Live TV & DVR setup guide, I see my channel source as the local cable provider and My Channels lineup (127 total, which sounds right), but I don’t see the DVR Setup button, just refresh guide and Delete DVR.
When I look at my account settings I see a button that offers “Go Premium”, but when I follow it is show subscription details as Subscription Plan: Monthly, making me think my sign-up was successful.
Based on the screenshot, the account linked to your server doesn’t have a Plex Pass – otherwise you should no longer see the Go Premium button.
If that’s the same account you’re using here in the forum, there’s no Plex Pass showing for it (although it appears you’re using different accounts – at least the account icon in the 1st screenshot’s top-right corner looks different).
Looks like you nailed it - when I tried to purchase the pass, there was a final ‘purchase’ button that had scrolled off the bottom of my screen. I redid the transaction and now I have a DVR setup button!
