Keep Audio Device Alive - Prevent audio resync after pause

On old PHT and Kodi there is an audio output setting to “Keep Audio Device Alive” that prevents the audio from dropping out on pause / unpause (or requiring a ramp up to re-sync). The default is usually 1 minute and near as I can tell, this is the setting that the Plex Player is using. I can’t see a way to fix this in the limited UI settings. Is there a way to modify this flag in the configs to allow Plex to ‘Always’ keep audio alive?
