Keep entire music library synchronized to mobile device

I’ve had enough of the locked-down problems with iOS/iPadOS Music. All my music has been ripped and is in Plex. Plexamp works fine when I’m online, but I would like to have the entire music library on my mobile devices for when I’m offline (e.g., on a plane).

Is there any way to keep the entire music library downloaded to a mobile device?

That is not currently possible. All we have is the Download option.

Thank you for your response. I’m sorry to hear that, but I guess I’m not surprised as I am sure, it’s quite a niche wish.
