Keeps wanting to install Server software that is already running

Hi, recently have run into the problem that my server is not found. I will start up the server but when I go into any player web or local it just instructs me to download Plex media server, which I have already done. I have looked at the server logs but have not seen any errors. I have also checked that the server is listed in devices and it is. Any advice on what could be causing the problem would be appreciated!
