Server is installed, but Plex says it isn't

Plex launches - the icon is in the top menu bar and the following are running in Activity Monitor:
Plex Media Server, Plex Media Scanner, Plex Tuner Service and three plugins: com.plexapp.system .agents…themoviedb and .localmedia

When I go to http://localhost:32400/web/index.html# I get Webshows, News, Podcasts, TIDAL but when I select Your Media, I am prompted to add media and download the Plex server.

I uninstalled everything using the steps found on this forum and reinstalled the Plex server but I get the same problem. I was prompted to add my media which I did, and it shows the media updating in the top menu Plex icon, but when I go to Your Media it still shows me the same prompt to download Plex Server.

Help?
