I’d also add that while the Shield dramas affect our bedroom TV, we have our Linux box that runs our Plex server hooked up directly to our living room TV and have been using builds of PMP in TV mode for playback there. While I understand those builds are unofficial, if you are going to completely discontinue that app, please consider maintaining an official Linux build of the new one. The loss of TV mode is annoying, but we have a wireless KB/touchpad hooked up that box so it’s not the end of the world, but the web player sucks and has problems with some formats, and it would be nice to have a native Plex player there even if its not up to the standard that the PMP set.
