Why a company would shut down the feature that so many of their users rely on is beyond me! With this new app Plex has released for PC and Mac, users can no longer use an interface designed for a TV screen, they can’t even navigate the app using a keyboard!! This is such a backwards step and a slap in the face to the users who supported Plex from the start.
