aint gonna happen. web browser are crappy media players, and cannot direct play your 4k/hdr remuxes.
HEVC, the codec that 4k/hdr uses, takes a ton of cpu to decode.
if you look in the plex media server.log for ‘mde:’ you will find the lines that tell you that your movie cannot be direct played.

4k content isn’t just as simple as download and play.
