Laptop unavailable after media server uninstall/reinstall.

ping 192.168.1.100:32400
returns Ping request could not find host 192.168.1.100:32400. Please check the name and try again.
I have restarted router and turned of windows defender firewall. laptop is still unavailable.

Are you sure that your laptop’s IP is 192.168.1.100?
Can you access the network/internet from that laptop?
Ping the IP address. No port number.
