Hello, I reset my router recently and now I can’t connect to my server from a local laptop and my tv. I can however connect to plex from my smart phone and run it from the PC where the server exists. Any suggestions?
Does your laptop have direct connectivity to the plex host?
What is the IP of the plex host?
What happens when you connect to plex host from your laptop via the web client?
Try from your laptop:
http://IP_OF_PLEX_HOST:32400/web/index.html
The web client just says “Server is unavailable”. Plex will load non of the media folders connect. It’s a similar experience on the Smart TV. Thanks.
