Last Login (User Activity Logs)

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but it would be nice to have some sort of log of User Activity, or at least “Last Logon”. I have started to delete some of my friends that I know have never logged in and just wish there was some sort of log that told me when the last time they logged in to watch something,
