First I had posted this: Plex Desktop/Win 10 is going wild - 60 -70% system load, but it has nothing to do with credits detection etc.
Around two weeks ago it started with a few episodes that could not be played on Chromecast in full speed (but all of them on Windows Desktop with no issue). Some kind of slow motion and a few seconds later pixel errors and freezing to image with endless broken pixels. First I thought this is caused by a new Windows Desktop Version from Plex, but it isn’t.
It is caused by those updates of Plex on Chromecast for Google TV AND Google’s update to a. m. version. No idea if Plex or Google is responsible for these issues.
After many tests I installed Plex latest version for my Samsung TV on this TV: 5.32.1 (2022-08-24) (Plex version will follow here soon…)… AND: ALL EPISODES AND MOVIES CAN BE PLAYED AS USUAL. Without any slow motion or pixel errors…
