Latest Plex Update has Re-introduced Large XMLTV BUG

After the latest plex update I can no longer load my XMLTV file which is about 55.6MB (3 days of guide data). It doesn’t appear to download the XMLTV as I checked under “*C:\Users\gonza\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Cache\Http*” and the folder appears empty.
