Latest PMS version not installing on QNAP - help please?

QNAP details:
Model TS-453Be
Firmware version 4.4.3.1400 Build 20200817

Hi all,

I looked at the PLEX site which has a newer version of PMS, so I though I’d download and install that to remain up to date. I have checked which version, and because of my NAS model I need the 1.20.1.3252 64-bit download I believe. I got the qpkg file but the system won’t install it. When I go through the process to manually update the server software, the screen sticks at the “Uploading and Processing” dialogue.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this may be happening? How can I upgrade?

The version should fit. Have you tried after rebooting your NAS?
