Latest Update 1.15.2.793 causes Managed Users to not see server

Server Version#: 1.15.2.793
Player Version#:Chrome

Ever since updating to 1.15.2.793, now when I switch to a managed used account on my server (using google chrome browser) the managed user no longer sees the server. It goes into finding servers and just spins and spins. I have tried removing and adding a user back and nothing seems to fix it. I am still able to remote play movies from another device such as Roku using the managed user account but for some reason on the server itself I can no longer access the content when logged in as the managed user from the browser.

This is the error I receive:
The server “undefined” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.

No soup for you!
You do not have access to this server

If I close out of the browser and connect back in I am able to access it. It only happens when switching users and doesn’t matter which user, it happens even switching back to the default user account

Hi,
I’m seeing the same behavior with both 1.15.1.791 and 1.15.2.793.

There are no such issues with 1.14.1.5488.

First I thought it was only in Chrome, but I see the same behavior in Firefox and on Apple TV 4 movies are suddenly unavailable.

The message I get is: " No soup for you! You do not have access to this server". And that’s my own server.

I’m running Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS 64-bit.

I’m also having this issue. I just installed Plex two days ago. Now when I go into my file browser I can no longer see my Seagate NAS. Funny this is I CAN see and access the files through mapped network drives that I have to the Seagate. I can play the movies, music etc on my apple TV’s. Just went into the Plex server and I get the “No soup for you!”. I checked through my file browser and I can’t see the Seagate. I even used the Seagate Dashboard and it doesn’t show up there either. I restarted the computer and I saw the server at first. Then opened Plex and in a few minutes I lost the Seagate server again. However the second time it let me into the Plex Server and I’m able to access the files through the Plex Server again. However, the Seagate sever is not available to me.
Not sure if the Plex server is going to be stable.

Any help would be greately appreciated.

Same issue for me. I have tried replacing the users, uninstallations even setting up on a completely different PC from scratch and the same issue

This is still an issue and cannot upgrade to the latest version until I know this issue is resolved

Still no sign of anyone employed by Plex has acknowledged this issue

I am also having this issue.
