Applied the latest update to Plex and it seems to have killed the Plex Arcade. None of my emulators seem to be working atm.

Interestingly a 2nd restart of Plex solved the issues. Amazing the number of times a restart can solve issues lol
Thanks for this, I am having similar trouble but multiple restarts did not seem to help me
