Plex arcade not working

I’ve subscribed to Plex arcade I am a Plex pass member. I’ve updated the server to 1.21.2.3939 it says my server is up to date. I can’t add Plex arcade to my library. It doesn’t give me the option of games to add. Any help would be great

Hello,

Please first verify that your Plex Arcade is active by going to https://www.plex.tv/arcade/ and try to sign up, if you already have an active subscription it will tell you.

Once you server is updated and verified that you are on version Version 1.21.2.3939 please exist and restart your Plex Server. A new auth needs to recognize the Plex Arcade Auth.

See if you can then add your game library.

Same issue here… just activated Plex Arcade, synced it with Parsec, rebooted computer after closing Plex Server and it not showing “Game” library and still not showing.

Account is created and working with Arcade according to link.

i’m getting a link your account error but i can not find where to do that. when i did have that option when i first setup the button would not click to link them. is there a way to get back to that and try again now that everything else is setup?

I’m having a similar issue but verified that I am running the correct version of plex and that it is linked with Parsec. Libraries are added and cores are in place. The retrocore xml file is updated properly as well. After all this, the games will not launch, though the timer will begin counting as if I were playing. On top of that, now none of my movies will play either. Starting to regret this.

i see my games on my nvidia shield but selecting a game doesnt let me do anything. cant select start or play

Same. I’ve walked through all the FAQ’s and steps. Nothing. Unable to play or start any games. I get a random audio tone and then black screen. Tried various devices/TVs/PC’s etc.
