Running Plex Arcade on Windows 10 16GB server. Imported loads of ROMs and after using core manager tool, I found I was able to play games. So far so good. Unfortunately that’s all I get one game. Then i have quit plex media server and restart it in order to fire up a different game or in fact watch any other media. I understand that it is a beta, however the clock is ticking on my free trial. It certainly would not suprise me that my config is at fault. I’m just looking for pointers and where to start looking.
Did you not get an extension to your trial? I cancelled mine, started a new trial and then got an email saying there was an extension added was at least 30 days iirc
The 30 days was on offer when I signed up. Still, this is very much a beta and I can’t see them getting a stable product by the end of. Still nothing to lose.
I got charged after the 7 day trial period but then I got a credit for the charge. So I’m thinking Plex knows that many people are having issues. I must be lucky because it is working great for me and I’ve been enjoying playing the games with my family. I have two USB controllers that I plugged into my PC. If you don’t have any controllers, you won’t be able to play using the keyboard, I tried. Hope you figure out what your problems are. Not sure if I can be of much help, it worked fine the first time for me (not trying to brag, just passing along my experience).
