Navigating collections is a chore. That part of the UI could use a lot of attention. But one quick fix would be to simply allow the user to go Behind the current video to begin playing the previous collection item, and Forward to begin playing the next collection item.
Two buttons would solve most of the gaps in collection UX. Either that, or please just fix autoplay because it’s busted in collections.
