Let PMS use HTTP proxy for fetching metadata

Hi Community,
Is there any method I can use local HTTP proxy, for example let all plex movie agent go through http://192.168.2.1:7893 proxy and fetch movie metadata
Since some local regulator banned tvdb/tmdb, I need proxy to get access to those website. (China mainland)
If metadata proxy can be a premium feature, it would be great
