hello i have plex media server in my synology NAS. the movie db website is filtered in my country and i havn’t access to it.i even set a vpn on my synology Nas that let me connect via usa.but it doesn’t work and it seems that plex doen’t sent and receive data via vpn.plese help me.what can i do to get metadata???
You might try another metadata agent provided in the plex library settings, or you might install another meta agent via the “UnSupported AppStore” Plugin. (Available in this forum). For example “Open Movie Database”.
