Let's finally solve the low audio issue please

vote guys. Plex dev’s circles are all using 5.1 devices (please tell me where to buy 5.1 smartphones?) and they can’t identify the issue.

Global Audio Boost and Normalization

I want a global audio boost in Plex and a general volume normalizer. The max volume is half that of other apps. I propose a little slider with a plus and minus button with the DBs in the middle. Audio Boost: [-] 10db [+] It doesn’t matter if you want it negative 30db or plus 60db, I just want the option to boost it globally. And don’t even with that “loud”, “louder” bullhog, give us an actual number and some outrageous ranges.
