Lets face it, 3D movies are a large and growing part of the adult film industry. Also, I think 3D headsets and glasses are going to take off soon and greatly increase the demand for 3D movies.
While there are some apps for 3D playback for some devices, there’s nothing out there yet for the new Android XR standard. There is the Virtual Desktop app in the Play Store. It does a great job playing 3D movies, but that’s not really its purpose. Its primary for PCVR, thus it lacks most Plex Player features making it frustrating to use.
I purchased Virtual Desktop for $20.00 only for its 3D movie support. I’ve spoken with the developers and they want to only focus on PCVR. I’d happily play $20.00 for a Plex Player with 3D support and I think it will be profitable in this growing market.
