Lg error h4 not supported

hello, in the last update of plex for lg when reproducing any content appears h4 error not supported.
I don’t know if something new needs to be configured.

I get same error. Just updated. Won’t play anything :grimacing:

I was on the preview app and got a spinner - then unable to play file. This happened on everything, so went back to public app which worked. Just updated pulic app and same error again. I can see all my files but nothing will play

I also have the same problem, it has been updated and whatever it reproduces, that error appears. :sleepy:

I have an LG user and they also are receiving the h4 error. On the server log I get this “Unable to find client profile for device; platform=webOS, platformVersion=2.1.0, device=, model=55UF6450-UA”
