I have a family member who access’s my Plex library via an LG Smart TV (Don’t have the model number yet) via WAN. It would seem that every time he loads Plex it requires it to be relinked. So he sends me the 4 digit code and I relink it. He also has an Amazon Fire Stick and it never has this problem. I also have several Amazon Fire Sticks and a Amazon Fire Box via LAN also never has to be relinked. But for some reason the LG Smart TV loses its link. Any ideas where I should start troubleshooting? Thanks!
Other people are having the same problem. Plex doesn’t know why this is happening, which is why they’ve not addressed the people that have problems with it.
