LG/WebOS - Better Magic Remote Mic and Pointer Support?

I’m finding it very frustrating that the magic remote pointer can’t be used to click on an arbitrary point in the timeline to jump to that time. Jogging in 30 second increments can take awhile to reach the end of a long movie.

Also, I tend to use the remote’s mic to search for content in the YouTube app (maybe others, I forget which apps support it), and get annoyed when I can’t do the same in Plex. Providing a mic option in the search tool would be very handy.

The app can do big jumps too. Use the channel up/down buttons while the seek bar is hidden. (In the old app it was up/down on the arrow buttons.) It jumps to the next/previous chapter if the current file has chapters. If it doesn’t, it jumps something like 10 minutes.
