Libraries being Dropped when Sharing with Friends

I have added a a friend Share to my Library on my Nvidia Shied Plex Server. He can first initially see it and then after couple of minutes He looses access and I notice on users & Sharing Setting that the library has been removed from. i then have readded the library couple of times and the issue reoccurs again and again and he looses access and library is dropped under the settings. He has accessed via apple tv and Iphone and windows pc.
