I have one user that keeps getting their library access removed from my Plex server. I can give them access to my libraries and within 10 - 15 minutes the library access gets removed automatically. The user is not removing access and I am not removing access from my Plex server. Any ideas?
Are you sure that it is actually removing the sharing
and not just the library that was ‘pinned’ to the side bar?

Positive. The account goes from “2” shared libraries to “0” shared libraries. I can share the libraries with them again and within 10 - 15 minutes same thing. I’m seeing it from the server side and the Plex client can view the libraries for the 10 - 15 minutes.
