Removing a Friends Library that I was Invited to Share

Server Version#: 4.140.1
A friend invited me to share / have access to their libraries. I can no longer access their server (I believe they have taken it down.)
How can I remove all references to their libraries and server on my system?

Go here https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account
“Manage Library Access”
Click on their user name
On the “Library” tab, click on Edit if there is a header “You have access to:”
and then on “Leave Server”
